At the end of her fasting flow, she suddenly was inspired with the lyrics to the vocal. Melanie said that the entire vocal took her just 15 minutes to compose.
When the song was kickoff released, it was banned by many radio stations. It was thought to take had some sexual connotations that mainstream Us (at the time) was just not ready for. Many radio stations actually banned the song considering it was said to take sexual connotations. Although Melanie says that information technology wasn't her intention, she has acknowledged that it could accept been taken that manner.
